IT Support is a critical part of operating an effective IT system. The computers, communications and applications are only tools which support people in their work. Therefore, businesses must know how to get the best out of these tools. You also need to be supported by a quality level of technical expertise which can solve problems as they arise and not leave you struggling with uncooperative IT equipment… and that’s where breakwater come in!
We offer typical 1st, 2nd and 3rd line IT support facilities either on a fixed annual (all in!), contract, or via monthly PAYG. Points are based on the required Service Level Agreement making it easy to create something unique for you.
Customers of breakwater will also get free limited support for a period of 30 days from purchase, for all products with a guaranteed 4 hour response time for issues logged within core business hours (between 8.30am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday).
Within breakwater core business hours our IT support team will carry out checks of our email and telephone logging systems allowing the retrieval of all customer logged incidents placed.
Our IT support team
We have a mixture of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line systems analysts making up our support team. They have excellent customer service skills coupled with sound technical knowledge enabling them to exceed the standards required to be part of a competent support helpdesk. An on-going training plan will also develop their skills further and allow the team to cross-skill.
