New talent on our Service Desk

Our Service Desk is growing and we are really pleased to have a new Level 1 Professional join us - Merik Rose. Merik supports our clients by helping to ensure their IT systems are running efficiently, working with the rest of the team to resolve any of your enquiries.

Merik comes from a background of administrative service roles and has experience working in positions that deliver support and provide solutions. He is self-motivated and has undertaken study and achieved IT qualifications, including CompTIA A+ (certified service technician).

Outside of work Merik unwinds with noise rather than leisurely pursuits as he spends time performing in a local metal band.

We welcome Merik to the Breakwater team and know he'll be a great asset in helping to support businesses with their IT.
