A hosted Voice over IP phone system can replace more traditional phone systems.  Your phone system would be hosted in the cloud which can be subscribed to on a monthly basis.  You can use a soft-phone through your PC or connect a handset to your existing computer network.  All features such as voicemail, IVR and call forwarding can still be accessed from your control panel.   You can have phone extensions anywhere, home or abroad allowing staff to work wherever is needed.  

 

VoIP is not dissimilar from traditional telephony, the VoIP phone would work like your regular handset , however,  the phone call and signal is carried along your digital internet network.  Costs for installations, phone systems and call charges can be greatly reduced.
