Finding an independent review of an IT team is difficult without the sense of being sold something. Our experience of working with Breakwater in an overarching review of our IT management structures proved, however, it is possible. A thorough assessment of where we sat, and what we needed to do, very usefully moved our thinking forward. It was well worthwhile.
