Bang and Olufsen of Norwich and Breakwater, sign new commercial deal.

Bang and Olufsen of Norwich has signed a new business agreement with Breakwater IT to help support the growing number of its customers who now want to integrate their home entertainment systems with their home computers.

“Our BeoMedia product allows our customers to access their music files, digital photography, internet radio and favourite web pages via their Bang & Olufsen TV or hi-fi, which is a huge step forward both for us as a brand and for the industry as a whole” said Keith Bridger, Dealer Principal at Bang & Olufsen of Norwich. “As we explore these new concepts, it is very important for us to be able to offer the same level of expertise and service and we were looking for a company that could not only be relied on for their IT skills but who also reflected the Bang and Olufsen commitment to outstanding quality and customer service. After looking at a number of different businesses, Breakwater IT emerged as the obvious choice and we are delighted by this partnership.”

Bang and Olufsen have been innovators in the world of home entertainment since 1925 and again were featured in the 2007/6 Superbrand listing as published by the Superbrand council. Keith Bridger took over the Bang and Olufsen franchise in Norwich in 2003 and has since seen it go from strength to strength. Keith came to Norwich having worked in some of the company’s flagship stores in London and has been delighted by the success of the Norwich business.
